Christine came to us about 7 weeks ago after she had been found sleeping in the local hospital, no-one knew she was pregnant but just that she was sick and needed some care, it was only later we discovered her condition.

Christine has a father living close to Masaka and it is planned that she will return to live with him in 2 weeks.

We have called the baby boy Blessing until Christine chooses a name, he weighed 2.2Kg and mother and child were discharged from hospital after 24 hours.

We are building!

Building!

It's building time again here in Uganda, at Kyetume Church of Uganda School the Parents and Love in Action have combined to start building 2 classrooms and an office for the Head Teacher. Love in Action gives the school a sum of money each term instead of school fees and they have saved this for 3 terms to enable building to start.

We are also building at Kasaka, a double classroom and another teachers room. Additionally the farm house is being refurbished.

Thanks to all those who help with these projects
