The situation in the family is unpleasing because even finding basic necessities for the children is a problem such as; clothes, mattresses, sheets and others. We interestingly had a brief chart with the mother about her memories at John's birth.
She was 18 years at John's birth,living deep in the village with no health centres around.During delivery she was assisted by a traditional attendant which later caused birth complication and it took her a long while before recovery. However, little John's health was good till present apart from a few illnesses.
